So I’ve been pretty tight lipped about this for the past 7-8 months or so, but we had been developing an 11-minute pilot presentation of Clock Suckers with MTV.
We just found out yesterday that they decided to pass on it. Bummer, but this sort of thing happens all the time.
As tough as the past few months have been, it was still so much fun. The pilot was animated by the awesome guys at Six Point Harness. We worked with them early on to develop a slightly more “TV friendly” look to the characters - and they really did an amazing job with the animation and artwork.
I can’t post the actual pilot, but here’s a handful of screencaps.
So now, much like with The Neighborwood, it’s time to take this pilot and shop it around.
We’ve also got a handful of new concepts we’re developing…so it’s back to the drawing board
MTV made a poor decision? Imagine that. You might have been able to sell it if in the pitch you said “oh, also they all have massive cocks.”
Oh well, back to continuing to ignoring MTV.
